Realtime voting system
セッションの質疑応答（ディスカッション）の活発化を図るために、ライブ投票システムを昨年度に引き続き本年度も導入します。昨年度より、より効果的になるよう質問等をご用意しました。当日は、会場参加者もオンライン参加者も全員、スクリーンまたは画面のQRコードをお持ちのスマートフォンまたはPCで読み取り、投影された選択肢からご自身の回答を選択してください。皆様の回答は瞬時にグラフ化され、皆様の意思・意向が見える化されます。
To encourage more active Q&A (discussion) sessions, we continue to use the Realtime Voting system this year, as we did last year. This year, we have prepared questions to make the system even more effective. On the day of the event, all participants—both on-site and online—will be asked to scan the QR code displayed on the screen using their smartphone or PC and select their answer from the options shown. Your responses will be instantly visualized in graph form, making everyone’s opinions and intentions visible.

国際会議の隣室で個別会議（バイ会談、G-G/G-B/B-B）を皆様のリクエストによりセット致します（9/4終日、9/5午前）。
プログラムをご確認の上、会談相手の企業名とご希望日時を8/22（金）17:00（日本時間）までにJCOAL担当までお申し込みください。（clean-coal-day_2025@jcoal.or.jp）
なお、登壇を予定しない企業からのお申込みも可能です。皆様からお申し出頂いた後、調整の上タイムスケジュールを確定致します。この個別会議をぜひ具体的な事業のお話等にご活用ください。
Upon request basis, we will arrange one-to-one meetings (G-G, G-B, B-B) in a room next to the main symposium venue on September 4 (full day) and the morning of September 5.
Please check the program and send your request, including the name of the company you wish to meet with and your preferred date and time, to the JCOAL secretariat by 17:00(JST) on Friday, August 22. (clean-coal-day_2025@jcoal.or.jp)
Requests are welcome from all participating organizations, including those not scheduled to speak at the symposium.
After collecting all requests and we will set up the meeting schedule.
We encourage you to use this opportunity for concrete discussions on potential projects.
JCOAL e-book 2025
e-book
これまで発信していた「JCOAL’s Statement」の他に、会議内容のPRと会議関係の企業のCNに関する取組みのアピールのために、“JCOAL e-book2025”を作成し、2月頃を目途に世界に向けて発信します。登壇機関や企業の取組みに限らず、登壇していない企業の皆様もぜひとも自社の取組みのアピールにご活用ください。この活動にご賛同頂き、自社の取組みをアピールされたい場合には、下記URLより、フォーマットを入手、必要事項をご記入の上、JCOAL担当へ2026年1/10（土）までにお申し込みください。
In addition to the “JCOAL’s Statement” we have released in the past, we will publish the “JCOAL e-book 2025” around February to promote the outcomes of the conference and showcase initiatives related to carbon neutrality (CN) by companies involved in the event. This e-book will be distributed globally.
We warmly encourage not only the participating organizations and companies featured in the program, but also those who are not presenting, to take this opportunity to highlight their own efforts and initiatives.

Post Conference
国際会議実施後の11月下旬を目安に、国際会議の議論を整理し、テーマを絞り、Post Conference Webinar（PCW）をFocus Group Discussion（FGD）方式にて実施します。今回初の取組みであるため、テーマを絞り、東南アジア諸国と日本企業の間で、ZOOMの分科会（FGD）方式にて、深堀の会議を設けます。追って具体的なご案内をさせて頂きます。
We plan to organize a Post Conference Webinar (PCW) in the form of a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) around late November, following the symposiums. This will involve summarizing the discussions from the conference and narrowing down the key themes. As this is our first attempt at such an initiative, we will focus on selected topics and hold in-depth sessions in the form of FGD-style breakout meetings via Zoom, involving ASEAN countries and Japanese companies. Further details will be provided in due course.
